As a 25 -year experiences full solution provider of one-step injection stretch blow molding machine and mold, JASU offers a comprehensive range of services including but not limited to design assistance and early involvement, project management, global procurement including bought out parts, tooling engineering and management, technical and logistics, contract and clean room manufacturing.

Each project will be treated with a turn-key solution, fast delivery time, 12 months warranty for components

1. Good communication with customers to know the target product details, output demand, provide the most suitable injection stretch blow molding machine , molds and auxiliary devises for whole projects accordingly and provide workshop layout plan.

2. Technicians provide professional 3D drawings as per customers’ samples, and provide bottle (product) design as per customers’ own thought as well.

3. Technicians Start mold design and manufacture after customers approve product drawings.

4. We will arrange sufficient raw material to test machines and molds in our workshop and send finished product samples for quality approve by courier.

5. Technicians will be dispatched to instruct on installation, operation and maintenance in customers’ workshop, and make sure customers can operate our devises independently.
