A fully automatic single stage injection stretch blow moulding machine, capable of producing finished containers directly from PET resin
The two step method requires two machines, one to make the preform and another one to process it, requiring more energy to operate
Allows more flexibility of shapes and geometries when processing since the preform is stretch blown immediately into the blow cavities which gives greater control of wall thicknesses
Manufacture high quality and very high clarity bottles
High precision in bottle neck and screw, best seaming, no visible parting line
Scrapless process with no flash to trim and no regrind
The visual quality of the part produced using the one step method is much higher
Since no secondary heating needed, combined the help of servo-driven injection system, ISBM machine saves up to 50% in energy consumption while improving the overall output by 25%
It stretches a preform in both the axial and hoop direction, with the biaxial stretching of materials, tensile strength increases, as does clarity, drop impact, barrier properties, and top load
Also the weight of the container can be decreases by as much as 15% compared to other types of blow molding processes
