Production base takes 24000㎡, Own highly qualified technical staffs (30 persons). We provide product design, mold design ,manufacture and debugging. Development History
2021
JASU products have been flown into space by spaceship. The first lesson in the sky hosted by MS. Wang Yaping, the experimental container (PET wide mouth Jars) is the product produced by our Suzhou customers using our one-step injection stretch blow molding machine and mold.
2020
The 5th generation ISBM Machine with 4 stations. So far, JASU has a variety of models with 2 stations, 3 stations and 4 stations to adapt to the large coverage of various blowing fields.
2018
The 4th generation of ISBM Machine with full-servo . Machine structure was updated, action principle and mold installation & commissioning are more convenient, production efficiency is higher. Air conditioning system can be installed in the machine to ensure machine can be used in all seasons and avoid puzzle of water droplets on the mold surface caused by different temperature differences in various regions.
2016
JASU ISBM Machine was invited to participate in exhibitions in India, Thailand and Russia.
2015
The 3rd generation of single stage 3-station ISBM Machine,s hardware and software are upgraded to varying degrees, so that the product production cycle is faster and machine is more stable.
2013
Single stage /one-step ISBM Machine occupied most markets share in China and oversea, including India, Malaysia, Turkey, Russia, Italy, Nigeria, Brazil, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh and etc. International territory continues to expand.
2010
The 2nd generation of single stage 3-station ISBM Machine was upgraded , continuously explore the product field Such as food , cosmetics,pharmaceutical products packaging and LED lampshade and etc. It obtained the GUANGDONG independent innovation and national patent.

The first set of ISBM Machine was exported to Ecuador, JASU precision machinery moved toward the international market.

The 1st generation of single stage/one-step 3 stations injection stretch blow molding machine (ISBM Machine ) was successfully developed, which reaching level for independently research & develop machinery.
