1.The whole process including preform inject,preform stretch & blow, finished products off-molding , all these process can be finished within one machine, which means more energy efficiency and high quality for product.

2.No reheat needed, it can perform the higher speed and more efficient and energy saving.

3.Adopted PID control achieves precise and steady temperature for the material barrel and hot runner.

4.Finished products made from JASU injection stretch blow molding machine don't contain any flash, sprue, and much less disfigurement. It can present the perfect looking neck, bottom  as well as the better transparency and high rigidity.

5.Finished products are thinner and have better uniformity than those from  traditional molding machine. 50% raw material can be saved.

6.Servo motor did a better job of avoiding products from pollution by hydraulic oil.

7.Full automatic control, easy operation. No human intervention during the whole manufacturing process.

8.Less transmission and working procedure save the products from damp and pollution so the hygienic requirement especially for food grade containers is well guaranteed.
