JASU fully automatic Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine is widely used for making plastic PET, PETG, PC, PS,TRITAN, PCTG, PP, SAN, AS material products.


Three station equipment with less energy consumption as it does not require the pre-heating of the preform.

A fully automatic single stage injection stretch blow molding machine, capable of producing finished containers directly from PET resin.

Highly optimized, energy-saving servo-hydraulic technology as well as the use of smart PID temperature control system, reduces energy consumption.

No runner gate materials. No secondary trimming (scrap) is required when making the neck finish.

Highly customizable process, making it easily adaptable to different scales.

Modular design so only need to change the mold to make a new machine and produce new style bottles.

Shaping ability: the preform remains warm during the process, which could present a better shaping ability, a sharper angle.

Adopt biaxial stretch blow moulding, in which the stretching is done in both longitudinal and transverse direction.

Biaxial orientation increases the tensile strength, gas barrier properties, drop impact strength and clarity of plastics.

This biaxial stretching of material increases the tensile strength, barrier properties, drop impact, clarity, and top load in the container. With these increases it is usually possible to reduce the overall weight in a container by 10 to 15 percent less then when producing a container in another way.

One-step injection stretch blow molding machine saves more money and human resources than traditional injection blow equipment;

The turntable is driven by a servo motor to avoid contamination of the product by hydraulic oil

The barrel temperature and mold heat flow temperature are precisely controlled by PID
