JASU single stage fully automatic injection stretch blow molding machine covers about 10 square meters area.
Firstly, raw materials are dried, fed, stored, plasticized and injected into mold to form performs. After opening mold, the preforms quickly reaches to blow molding station and stretch blow molded. Finished bottles are grasped by robot and transferred to conveyor belt. The rear end can be connected to subsequent processes such as leak detection, labeling, filling, and packaging.
Entire production cycle time is about 13 seconds. Simple operation, energy saving and environmental protection, stable quality and high cost performance. This machine can also produce TRITAN\PC\PETG\PS\PP products, just need to change the mold or adjust the process.
